C’era Una Volta was born in 2017 from an idea of Gian Marco Antonuzi and Clémentine Bouveron of the Le Coste in Gradoli (VT) with the aim of gathering Italian and foreign wine producers united by the same ideological identity, to tell their way of making wine according to healthy principles and strictly without added sulfites, in a context where they have the opportunity to experience a convivial and informal moment, immersed in nature.
With them, in 2019, bound by a great friendship and affinity of thought, Michele Birtig, owner and host of UVA in Padua, and Piero Crocenzi from Eventi3 in Turin sat at the table to support the Association in the organization and communication of the event.
The event is conceived and experienced as a celebration to gather with Italian and foreign producer friends, chosen and invited to participate because they are deeply connected by friendship and esteem with Gian Marco Antonuzi and Clémentine.
